How to apply:
Make sure lashes are clean, dry, and free from oil or makeup. Work on one eye at a time.

1. Apply a light coat of PHATLASH Bond+Seal Bond where the lash clusters will sit
2. Wait at least 25 seconds for the adhesive to become tacky
3. Place cluster lashes underneath your natural lashes, starting from inner or outer corner
4. Apply PHATLASH Bond+Seal Seal using a gentle dabbing motion on the bonded area only
