London DIY Cluster Lashes

How to apply:
Make sure lashes are clean, dry, and free from oil or makeup. Work on one eye at a time.
- Apply a light coat of PHATLASH “Bond+Seal” Bond where the lash clusters will sit
- Wait at least 25 seconds for the adhesive to become tacky
- Place cluster lashes underneath your natural lashes, starting from inner or outer corner
- Apply PHATLASH “Bond+Seal” Seal using a gentle dabbing motion on the bonded area only
